For implementations we will be using Python. We will not be teaching basic Python skills as part of class. If you do not already know how to use Python and associated packages (e.g., numpy or scipy), you will need to lesrn these on your own to succeed in class. To prepare for this course, please download and install Python on your computer. The Anaconda distribution is recommended, which is a free download for all platforms.
